Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The College of Management Academic Studies; Master's degree (M.A) in political science - Executive Political Communication (with honors) from Tel Aviv University.

Areas of Practice: Civil and commercial litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and court representation. During her career, Adv. Shmit has gained extensive experience in handling complex litigation cases in various courts.

 

Adv. Karen Shmit joined Sabari-Farkash & Co. in 2024; she previously worked at Carmeli-Arnon Law Offices (while managing their Tel Aviv branch) specializing in civil law, labor law, and international law. She also maintained an independent practice focusing on civil-commercial law, labor law, and corporate legal consulting. Earlier in her career, Adv. Shmit completed her internship at the Labor Disputes Department of the State Attorney's Office and at the Legal Department of the Knesset.
