Fields of occupation: commercial litigation, administrative litigation, class action and derivative suits, securities and corporations, regulation, intellectual property, professional ethics. Adv. Lev worked for several years in the past in the Litigation Department of the Ron Gazit Rotenberg & Co law firm, firstly as an intern and thereafter as an attorney, and he handled complex cases with high media exposure. Adv. Lev’s field of expertise is litigation and administration of complex disputes in the legal, commercial and administrative industries, including class action and derivative suits, control contests in companies, diverse commercial disputes (with the emphasis on the fields of communications, media and intellectual property), regulatory hearings, petitions to the High Court of Justice, administrative petitions and more.
During his studies Adv. Lev served as “the students’ defence attorney” at Tel Aviv University. Within the framework of this activity Adv. Lev represented many students, both before the University’s disciplinary tribunal and before the University’s disciplinary appeals tribunal, between the years 2006-2008.
